91dew maintains strict anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with international standards. You must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before requesting a withdrawal. Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount thirty times before it converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type and are specified in the bonus terms. Standard contributions: slots 100%, table games 10-20%, live casino 10%.
91dew strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, exploiting system errors, employing betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity we deem to be in bad faith. Violation will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.
Bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited if you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, breach any bonus terms, or violate these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to void bonuses and winnings in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious system error. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming them. In the event of a dispute, 91dew's transaction records shall be considered final and binding.
We reserve the right to void bets or refuse wagers in cases of: obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, suspected fraudulent activity, bets placed after an event has started (for sports betting), or any circumstances where accepting the bet would be commercially unreasonable.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day depending on your account tier and game type. Standard maximum payout is Rp 100,000,000 per day unless otherwise specified for jackpot games. Bet limits vary by game and account status. We reserve the right to impose additional limits on any account at our discretion.
For sports betting including football (bandar bola), all bets are settled based on official results and statistics from recognized governing bodies. If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
